Sarah Wingspan is here again! What did we do without her?

Once again, Gay N. Lewis has shared with us her darling little angel, Sarah. On merciful heavens!

Sarah is here to assist a couple who were introduced to us in one of Gay's previous books.

Sarah is given a new mission—to link Robert Johnson and Brittany Lee—two people she encountered while trying to bring a couple together on that irksome computer Internet dating service. Oh sure, she’d done it. Not without trial and a lot of error, but with this fresh assignment, trouble would come…she was positive.
If she hadn’t grumbled about the computer, perhaps the Lieutenant wouldn’t have ordered her to ride the Galveston Ferris wheel. She’d seen the huge rotation device built over the Gulf of Mexico, and the very thought of a ride on that monster made her nauseous.
What if she threw up on the humans?
Oh merciful heavens! Why did the Superiors give such tasks to bumbling angels anyway?

My Review:  The little angel is matchmaking again, this time with a couple introduced to us in Ms Lewis’ novella Sarah and the Internet Dating Service. Brittany and Robert are perfect for each other, but religion isn’t for her. Robert believes differently because he senses God has brought them together.
Through a series of circumstances, Brittany learns there is a power greater than herself. When Pastor Matt tells her, “evidence is all around us, but it takes faith to see”, she focuses her desires on the faith her friends and especially Robert share.
After an encounter with Brittany, Robert calls Sarah a sweet messenger and she feels she’s finally done something right. Before the story’s end Sarah must ride the dreaded Ferris wheel at Pleasure Pier in Galveston. Hopefully she’ll survive to bring us another romantic tale.
Ms Lewis has us rooting for the impossible little angel and laughing at her mistakes and adventures. Sarah said the angels looked down at her and rolled on the golden pavement with laughter – they’re not the only ones. I’m looking forward to another adventure from Sarah.
